Powerspan's
corporate offices are located at the Pease International Tradeport
in the Seacoast Region of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Eighteen miles
of winding coastline extend along the Seacoast Region. The home
of the Seacoast Repertory Theatre, The Music Hall, Strawbery Banke
Museum, Prescott Park, and Odiorne Point, Portsmouth provides a
diversity of recreational activities, art galleries and museums,
theater, and performing arts year round. An abundance of restaurants,
boutiques, and clubs featuring live entertainment surround the charm
of Market Square. The island of New Castle and town of Rye offer
enchanting views of the Atlantic that complement the serenity of
these picturesque towns.
Powerspan's
Research & Development facility is located in the beautiful
Lakes Region of New Durham, New Hampshire. Encompassing 273 lakes
and ponds against a backdrop of hills and mountains, the region
offers unlimited recreational opportunities, including sailing,
biking, hiking, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, camping,
leaf peeping, and just plain relaxing. Within minutes of the Powerspan
facility is Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire's largest lake, covering
72 square miles and dotted with 365 islands. Ellacoya State Beach,
situated 20 minutes away, provides lovely views of the Ossipee and
Sandwich mountain ranges. Within 25 minutes, Gunstock Ski Area and
Resort offers daily and nightly skiing, snowboarding, and tubing
in the winter and picnicking, hiking, and biking in the summer.
